Beaverton, Ore. — VTech’s Advanced American Telephones subsidiary will ship its first AT&T-branded DECT phone to incorporate Bluetooth for linking with cellular phones.
The base unit of the TL92278 and TL92328 can pair with a Bluetooth-enabled cellphone, allowing the user to send and receive mobile calls using his cordless handset.
The phones feature an ITAD, caller ID, the ability to have two handsets engaged in a single call, a 50-name/number phonebook directory, handset speakerphone, handset-to-handset call transfer, any-key answer and selectable ringtones.
Both systems are expandable up to 12 handsets using the TL90078 accessory handset ($29.95).
The TL92278 bundles two handsets for $89.95. The TL92328 bundles three for $119.
