TMI Sues Rosen

Corona, Calif. – TMI Products, whose Vizualogic division supplies car video products,
said Monday it filed a complaint against Rosen Entertainment Systems alleging
patent infringement.

The case was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Central
District of California, citing violation of two TMI patents relating to car
headrests with integrated video screens. TMI said it is seeking an award for
damages.

TMI CEO Gene Tuccinardi stated: “TMI is a family-owned company
that has been in business for more than 25 years and developed high-quality
automotive components and valuable intellectual property in the automotive
entertainment field …  TMI will
vigorously defend and protect its own intellectual property against Rosen”.

TMI was founded in 1982 when the Tuccinardi brothers began making
Volkswagen door panels in their family garage in Torrance, California, said
TMI.

Rosen Entertainment said it
could not comment on the case at this time.
