Sony Supplies Sea Ray With Marine Audio

Knoxville, Tenn. — Sony will provide Sea Ray with marine stereo head units for its 2009 line of boats that range from sport boats to yachts, said Sea Ray here.

Six factory-installed Sony marine CD receivers and remote commanders will be among those used in the Sea Ray boats. At the top of the line is a Sony CDXH905IP CD receiver with iPod control that is satellite radio- and HD Radio-ready and currently carries a retail of $350.
This marks the first time Sony is providing OEM marine radios for Sea Ray.

Sony will also be a sponsor for Sea Ray’s boating bash event called AquaPalooza at Ozarks, Mo., this July, and Sony will provide Sea Ray with demonstration portable GPS devices at other events.
