Scotts Valley, Calif. – Seagate
has started shipping its GoFlex Slim portable hard-drive line.
The 9mm-thick 320GB hard
drive carries a $99 suggested retail.
It features a 7,200 rpm
drive with a USB 3.0 interface, and it is being targeted at netbook,
ultra-portable notebook and tablet PC owners, the company said.
