Valhalla, N.Y., –
North America said Friday that the recently announce X10 high performance
digital point and shoot camera will carry a $600 suggested retail when it hits
shelves in November.
The X10 was developed to continue on the advances made by the
company’s popular X100 digicam.
The X10 features a new larger 2/3-inch 12 megapixel EXR CMOS
sensor and a bright high-definition Fujinon F2.0 wide-angle to F2.8 telephoto
4x manual zoom lens (28-112mm).
The camera is said to produce high quality images from edge to
edge, and was styled in a retro blackout design accentuating the camera’s
traditional optical viewfinder with a wide 20-degree field of view.
Fujifilm will display the X10 at its booth in the Jacob K. Javitz
Center in New York Oct. 27-29 during PhotoPlus Expo.
