Epson Launches Movie Night Campaign

Long Beach, Calif. –

Epson
America

launched Monday its Great American Movie Night campaign aimed at
bringing family and friends together to watch movies on a large screen or wall
space under a starry sky using an Epson MovieMate portable video projector.

To play up the campaign, the company is offering a
Projector-A-Day Giveaway from May 17-23 where consumers can win an Epson
MovieMate 60 projector to host their own movie night parties. Consumers can
register until May 23 at 9 a.m. PT to be eligible.

Epson will invite winners to return to its Web site to share
stories and photos from their Movie Night events and to enter a Makeover Your
Backyard Sweepstakes, offering a $2,500 prize for a backyard theater makeover.

The American Movie Night promo will stress that consumers will
enjoy excellent image quality from Epson MovieMate 60 projectors and a picture
that is up to eight times larger than a widescreen 40-inch TV.

In addition, the MovieMates feature built-in CD/DVD players and speakers.
The campaign kicks off on April 19 and runs through June 13.

will include
tips on hosting an outdoor movie party, and movie party themes and kits with
film suggestions, snack recipes, music playlists and downloadable invitation
templates.

Marge Ang, Epson America senior product manager. “Sharing movies on the big
screen under the stars is easy and affordable with Epson’s unique MovieMate
