Cyclopital3D, based here, has launched lines of 3D accessories for JVC and Sony
3D camcorders, and for Sony’s 3D binocular/camcorders, including wide-angle
adapters, lens filter and close-up adapters, and stereo base extenders for
distance shooting.
The accessories are designed to give consumers and prosumers
greater flexibility in producing 3D content, Cyclopital said.
Camcorder accessories include the following:

a filter/close-up adapter ($200 suggested retail)
for JVC 3D camcorder models GS-TD1 and GY-HMZ1U ProHD offering a built-in 86mm lens
ring attachment to add specialty lenses including close-ups, neutral density
filters, polarizers, matte-box or other specialized attachments; it includes a
77mm step-down ring;
·
a stereo base extender for the aforementioned JVC
3D camcorders ($400 suggested retail)
that increases stereo base (lens spacing) from 32mm to 140mm, enabling recording subjects that are 4x
further away while enhancing the 3D depth effect; it attaches to the tripod
mount;
·
three wide-angle adapters ($400) for the
aforementioned JVC camcorders to increase the field of view seen by the camera:
11mm, 25mm and 28mm; the 25mm and 28mm adapters also include a built-in lens
ring for attaching filters and polarizers;
·
a filter/close-up adapter ($200) for Sony 3D
camcorder models HDR-TD10 and HXRN-X3D1U with a built-in 86mm lens ring
attachment to add specialty lenses including close-ups, neutral density
filters, polarizers, matte-box or other specialized attachments; it includes a 77mm
step-down ring; and

a stereo base extender for the aforementioned
Sony camcorders ($400) to increase the stereo base (lens spacing) from 30mm to
140mm to record subjects 4x further away while enhancing the 3D depth effect.
