Madison, Wisc, – American TV reported Monday it would acquire indepedent appliance distributor Kennedy-Hahn Appliance.
The companies did not reveal the deal’s financial details, but said American TV would incorporate Hahn’s showrooms and personnel over the next 45 to 60 days.
“It’s our goal to offer employment opportunities to Kennedy-Hahn employees who have an interest in the wide range of available positions at American,” said Doug Reuhl, American TV’s president and CEO.
American TV has 15 retail stores in Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, Iowa and Missouri and distribution centers in Milwaukee and St. Louis. Kennedy-Hahn operates showrooms in Waunakee, Fitchburg, Milwaukee and Appleton, Wisconsin.
