Hatfield, Pa. – Philadelphia-area A/V specialty dealer and custom integrator World Wide Stereo has promoted Stephanie Keough to senior buyer.
Keough joined the company in 2013 as a sell-through manager and assistant buyer, and has worked closely with its retail and web teams to successfully manage forecasting, planning and purchasing processes.
In the process, she helped grow what World Wide described as a multimillion-dollar international CE retail business.
In her new role Keough will focus on potential brand and product opportunities, build relationships with key suppliers, and drive sales and margin improvements, the retailer said.
Prior to World Wide she performed purchasing and product development duties for a fashion/lifestyle retail chain.
World Wide founder/CEO Bob Cole said her promotion comes as the company continues to grow on all business fronts, including online, in its two showrooms, and through its integration and installation services.

Cole, a former psychologist, founded World Wide more than 30 years ago. He operates the company under the credo “Doing well by doing good,” which it pursues through philanthropic efforts and its products and services, which can help bring families together.
