Signals advent of new marketing programs for members
ProSource, the integration and A/V specialty wing of the BrandSource buying group, has appointed Kathleen Marini marketing communications director.

Fort Worth, Texas — ProSource, the integration and A/V specialty wing of the BrandSource buying group, has appointed Kathleen Marini marketing communications director, a new position.

Marini is well prepared for her role, having served for the past three years as marketing director of the Home Theater Specialists of America (HTSA) and before that as global marketing manager for Panduit, a networking and electrical solutions firm. She has also held channel and marketing director posts with Alcatel, NEC and 3Com.

“This new role will allow our organization to build a best-in-class communication system for our membership as well as develop a wide range of new marketing programs for our dealers to grow their business,” explained ProSource CEO Dave Workman. “We are very excited to have Kathleen join us as the newest member of our team given her strong marketing background and invaluable buying group experience.”

Added Marini, “I am thrilled to be a part of the ProSource team and look forward to working with all of our members, vendors, marketing suppliers and the media.”

Comprised of the former Home Entertainment Source (HES) and PRO Group dealer co-ops, ProSource numbers more than 500 specialty retailers and custom integrators generating over $4.5 billion in annual sales.
