(HTSA) has appointed Kathleen Marini to the newly created position of marketing
Marini joins the buying group for integrators, installers and
specialty A/V dealers from Panduit, a networking and electrical solutions firm,
where she was global marketing manager. She also has held channel and marketing
director posts with Alcatel, NEC and 3Com.
In her new role, Marini will work closely with group members and
manufacturers to create a broad range of new media strategies and programs to help
members go to market more effectively, HTSA said.

strengthen our resources to provide vastly improved marketing services and
support with an increased ability to generate demand and new clients for our
members," said HTSA managing director Bob Hana. He noted that Marini's more
than 25 years of experience in strategic planning, program development and
management, e-marketing and social media, ROI analysis and public relations,
along with her passion and drive, "are perfect for this and I'm excited to have
her join us."
