Coastal Source has named Ravi Raghunandan as chief operating officer, effective immediately. Raghunandan assumes responsibility for managing and overseeing areas such as customer experience/technical support, supply chain, production & warehouse, and human resources, strengthening the company’s senior leadership team during a period of rapid growth and expansion.

Before joining Coastal Source, Raghunandan served as senior vice president of Operations at Kenrose Perfumery, where he led a company-wide transformation that improved operational efficiency by 40% to accommodate growth and accelerated operations to drive strategic growth with a 48% increase in revenue.

Raghunandan served as senior director of operations at Twisted Throttle and senior director of operations at DENALI Electronics and holds a Credential of Leadership, Impact, and Management (CLIMB) from Harvard Business School Online; a Green Belt in Lead Management from Villanova University; and a bachelor’s degree in operations management and supervision from Southern New Hampshire University.
