K-array, USA recently announced Michael Green has been hired as Technical Support Administrator as the newest addition to the company’s technical support team. Green brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for audio technology and will assist customers and partners with their audio system inquiries and concerns.

“I am excited to join the K-array team and contribute to the exceptional support they provide to their customers,” said Green. “Audio technology has always been a passion of mine, and I look forward to helping our clients achieve the best possible audio experiences.”

Green comes to K-array with a solid background in audio technology and technical support, including troubleshooting complex audio systems, providing technical guidance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music with a focus on Sound Recording Technology from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell and has spent the last few years working in the field.
