Torrance, Calif. — General Imaging has tapped Tom Haga to be its CEO for the Americas.
The ex-Pioneer CEO assumed the position in November, the company said.
“I’m just delighted to be with General Imaging,” Haga said in a statement announcing his appointment. “The GE digital camera brand has made incredible strides in less than two years, and I intend to further strengthen our position in the marketplace.”
General Imaging’s founder and current CEO, Hiroshi Komiya, will remain chairman.
