Dave Robison Resigns From DSI Systems

Dallas – Dave Robison has resigned as CEO of DSI Systems,
but will remain on the distributor’s board and be “heavily involved in the
overall direction of the company,” according to a prepared statement.

Doug Robison will assume the title of president and CEO, adding
these responsibilities to his current duties.

Dave Robison cited “the need to step away from daily
operations to concentrate on strategic endeavors,” as reason for the decision.One
of the company’s co-founders with his father, Buck Robison, Dave Robison has
been with DSI since its inception in 1984.

In a statement Dave said, “DSI is in good hands with Doug
and the leadership that he provides. We have an outstanding management team,
and DSI is positioned for great things in the future. I will still be
strategically involved in helping DSI achieve its near and long term goals.”

Doug Robison has been with DSI since 1986 and has been its president
since 2001, overseeing the sales organization, marketing, merchandising and its
DirecTV business. He will continue in this role while adding CEO responsibilities.

In other DSI news, Jerry Satoren has been promoted to executive
VP of CE Sales and will have full responsibility for DSI’s CE business,
including sales, merchandising, and vendor relationships. He will continue
reporting to Doug Robison.
