Philadelphia Inquirer Says Both Almo & Warren Chaiken Are Tops

Recognized for leadership, workplace excellence

Warren Chaiken, president/CEO of consumer tech, major appliance and pro A/V distributor Almo, was awarded a Philadelphia Inquirer 2019 Top Leadership Award for Mid-Sized Companies.

The company was also awarded the 2019 Philadelphia Inquirer Top Workplace award, marking the sixth time it’s been listed as a leader in its category.

Noted Chaiken: “I am humbled and honored to receive the Top Leadership Award solely because it’s based on the responses from our employees. This award is a reflection of our culture, a culture we’ve defined as Almo FIIT: family, integrity, innovation and teamwork.”

Survey results are based on employee feedback regarding value alignment, effectiveness, employee connection, manager dedication, leadership qualities, pay, benefits and training, among other factors.
