VAC Service Corp., the warranty and extended service contract administrator, has redesigned and relaunched its Web site, www.vacservice.com.
According to CEO Jim Tucker, the new site has more utility and provides a stronger message for prospective clients. "Our new Web site offers more information and more reasons to do business with VAC Service," he said. "The redesign and revamping of the site's content will also help save time for visitors who might want to do business with VAC.
"By simply providing more information on our services," he continued, including service plan features and benefits, "we eliminate many questions prospective clients have when going forward with a business relationship." Such services include inbound and outbound teleservices, parts distribution, product fulfillment, database marketing and direct mail services.
The new site also provides information about VAC clients, plus a company history.
Tucker describes the Web site as "a work in progress," as the company plans to develop additional utitilities for clients.
VAC originally launched the site in early 1996, making it, the company says, the first to promote product protection and extended service on the Internet.
