Nationwide To Exhibit At Furniture Market

Winston-Salem, N.C.
– Nationwide Marketing Group plans to exhibit at the High Point Market on April
21-26 in High Point, N.C.

“We will be
showcasing our popular private-label bedding line, Bellagio at Home Mattress
Collection by Serta, as well as an exciting new collection of bedroom, dining
room and home entertainment manufactured exclusively for Nationwide members,”
said Bill Bazemore, furniture VP.

“Even though we
hold our own buying show and strategic member conference twice a year,
participating in the major markets is still very important to our organization,”
said Bazemore. “Our exhibit space at the markets serve as a hub for our
existing member dealers, allows our team to introduce programs and services to
prospective dealers, and gives us a unique opportunity to meet new furniture
vendors and strengthen existing partnerships.”

Over the past
year, Nationwide Marketing Group has reported significant growth in their
furniture division. At their

PrimeTime! event

held in
February, the group hosted their first Furniture Summit, a full-day of events
focused just on furniture, which brought in hundreds of dealers from across the
country.

The buying and
marketing group for appliance, electronics, furniture, rent-to-own and custom-installation
dealers has $12 billion in annual sales, and is encouraging their members to raise
profits by increasing their product mix into other product categories.

“The new consumer
is expecting a total-home shopping experience. That’s why our appliance dealers
have been extremely successful in selling bedding, and our furniture dealers
are now offering complete room packages with TV’s,” said Bazemore. “Since
Nationwide has forged strong partnerships with furniture, bedding, electronics
and appliance vendors, we are able to offer our members the educational and
pricing programs needed to get them quickly started in new categories and
seeing profits in a shorter period of time.”

Marketing Group will exhibit at the High Point Market in the Plaza Suites
Building, 1st floor, spaces I-538, I-539 and I-545.
