Four colors will be offered, each carrying a $17.99 suggested retail. iLuv’s Jstyle Runway leather wallet case for the 4.7-inch iPhone 6 features eight credit card slots, three pockets, an ID window and a button closure. Access to all ports and controls on the iPhone is still available. Suggested retail is $59.99. Griffin Technology’s Survivor All Terrain ($49.99) is engineered to meet U.S. Department of Defense military conditions. A display shield deflects wind and rain, and its internal frame can withstand repeated drops from up to 6.6 feet, according to the company. It will be available in four to six weeks. The Survivor Slim $39.99) from Griffin Technology is polycarbonate and silicone shell that’s compatible with the iPhone’s fingerprint scanner. It includes a screen protector. Trident Case said it will expand its Apollo Folio, Cyclops, Kraken AMS, Perseus, Aegis, Aegis Military and Aegis Wallet cases to include models for the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. They will be available when the new phones launch. New Trent’s Trentium water-resistant case ($31.95) is built to fit the 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch iPhone 6 and 6 Plus. The interchangeable cases are available in black, silver or gold. The iPhone 6 version will be available Sept. 25, and the 6 Plus version will be available Oct. 31. New Trent’s Alixo case is similar to the Trentium version, but it adds on a transparent scratch-resistant screen cover. It too has a $31.95 suggested retail. The interchangeable front cover comes in black or white. The iPhone 6 version will be available Sept. 25, and the 6 Plus version will be available Oct. 31. BuQu Tech’s PowerArmour case has a built-in 2,500 mAh battery. Features include a patented slide-lock mechanism to remove the phone without scratches, a built-in LED fuel gauge, an on/off switch and a $79.99 price tag. It will be available in November. X-Doria’s Scene Plus ($29.99) features 3D pattern accents that are available in four different designs: Pink Ombre, Black Bubbles, Black Stripes, and Gold Digital Dust. The case has rubber bumpers and a raised front bezel to protect the iPhone’s display. Seidio’s Surface with metal kickstand is the company’s slimmest iPhone 6 case. It will be offered in seven soft-touch colors for $34.95/$54.95 (with holster). The Dilex Pro with metal kickstand from Seidio has two interlocking layers with the company’s honeycomb Hexguard pattern inside of the case. It will be available in eight colors for $34.95/$54.95 (with holster). Ventev’s Penna leather case features a microfiber lining and raised corners for screen protection. Three designs will be offered: black/camel, camel/tan and dark gray/light gray. Suggested retail is $34.99. SwitchEasy’s 0.35 thermoplastic polymer case measures, as its moniker indicates, just 0.5mm thick. It will come in a variety of colors for a $14.99 suggested retail. The Life Pocket ($39.99) from SwitchEasy enables users to carry up to five credit cards and multiple bills along with their iPhone. Pong Research said its iPhone 6 cases will be embedded with next-generation antenna technology, designed to protect users from potentially harmful cellphone radiation and to increase outbound signal strength. They will also have protection from more than 6-foot drops. The cases will start at $49.99 when they become available in the fourth quarter.
