Sunrise, Fla. — Sim2 USA unveiled Wednesday its latest generation of three-chip, DLP-based home cinema projectors.
The company said it is adding six Grand Cinema models: the Lumis Uno E, Lumis 3D-PF, Superlumis, Superlumis Pro, Superlumis Duo and the limited-edition Fuoriserie.
Suggested retails will range from $26,000 for the entry Lumis Uno E, to $120,000 for the Superlumis Duo.
All offer Sim2’s proprietary design and three-chip DLP architecture with select models adding new connectivity options, components, and remote monitoring and control, the company said.
“Sim2’s unparalleled success in home cinema now continues with the new Grand Cinema series,” said Maurizio Cini, Sim2 Multimedia president. “These new models also renew our commitment to our dealer partners to provide competitively priced, innovative and powerful projectors that produce exceptional Hollywood picture quality.”
Sim2 USA said the new models will start to become available to authorized dealers at the end of February, and will be showcased to the public starting March 4 at the Luxury Technology Show, in the Metropolitan Pavilion, 125 West 18th Street, in New York City.
