KANSAS CITY, Mo., May 13, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — Alcohoot, an innovative smartphone breathalyzer and zTrip, a unique ride-hailing application, today announced a strategic partnership that will offer safe rides home to all club-goers that have had too much to drink while attending tomorrow’s One Block South Happy Hour event.
Both companies will spearhead efforts at the event and will demonstrate their shared commitment to combating drunk driving, with a technology first approach – that other ride sharing and breathalyzer companies currently lack. The event will take place Thursday, May 14(th) from 3PM – 6PM at One Block South, located at 7300 West 119th St. Overland Park, KS 66213.
Members from both Alcohoot and zTrip teams will have tables set up at the event and will be giving away tee shirts, gift bags and other prizes to anyone who has downloaded the app, in addition to raffling off $100 in zTrip ride credits.
