CE boutique, held a private 3D
showcase for Samsung’s new LED
9000 flagship TV at its Santa Monica
showroom here last month.
The invitation-only event drew a larger-
than-expected crowd of the chain’s
best customers, who were treated to
sushi, drinks and 3D demos conducted
by Samsung reps.
Guests also entered hourly drawings
for Samsung Blu-ray Disc players and the
grand prize of a 46-inch LED 9000.
A member of the Home Technology
Specialists of America (HTSA), Video
& Audio Center described the showcase
as “a huge success” with “great”
sales that were goosed by a 10-percentoff
promotion on all Samsung TVs
during the event.
