ProSource hit the town hall circuit again this fall and (thankfully) it had nothing to do with the elections.
The industry’s largest A/V and integration buying group has been employing the regional meetings as a way of updating members on ProSource news, vendor updates, business-building strategies and other buying group matters.
“This is our second year running these in our current format, and the meetings continue to add traction to our goals,” said field sales director Tim Bashford. “At the highest level, we have an ongoing dialogue on the key strategies that bring value to our members and the customers they serve.”
ProSource held 14 such town hall meetings on its most recent go-round, all run by district managers.
The gatherings clearly won the vote of ProSource member Cindy Gaboury, a VP at Audio Etc. in Dayton, Ohio. “ProSource town hall meetings provide a platform to talk about key issues and solutions that impact my business,” she said. “Having a supportive district manager on hand to answer questions and assist throughout the year is priceless.”
