Jonathan Sciabica is a fourth generation California olive oil miller. His great-grandfather brought the knowledge of olive oil milling from Sicily in the late 1800’s and began cold-pressing California olives in 1936. Today Jonathan heads the Sales, Marketing, and Technology side of by far the oldest olive oil miller in the country!
