The first and only purchasing group for the Audio and Video, Electronic Security, and Building Automation industries in Latin America continues to add integrators and manufacturer brands. Currently, 85 integrators and 36 manufacturer brands support the purchasing group.
ConsorcioTec has had significant activity this year, having participated in AV and Electronic Security industry trade shows such as ISE, in Barcelona; ISC West, Las Vegas; Expo Seguridad México, in Mexico City; Integratec Brazil, in Sao Paulo; InfoComm, in Orlando. The next industry trade shows the purchasing group will participate in are E+S Colombia, in Bogotá; Integratec Mexico, in Mexico City; CEDIA Expo, in Denver; and Integratec Colombia, in Bogota.
“We are present in as many industry trade shows as possible because it is the best way to be close to both the manufacturers that support ConsorcioTec and the Latin American integrators that visit the shows,” said Víctor Alarcón, Project Manager of the purchasing group in a statement. “And at all of these trade shows we hold special events to bring our affiliated integrators together, such as workshops with the brands, breakfasts for associates, and integration parties that are highly appreciated by the peers in the industries,” he added.
“We are generating value for the industry not only with purchases from our Preferred Vendors but also with the rebates that our integrators receive and the referral program, through which we have generated important business for group affiliates” concluded Alarcón.
