Best Buy Spills The Black Friday Beans (Again)

Updated!Best Buy has tipped its game plan for Black Friday — for real this time.

After teasing shoppers with 16 of its Black Friday doorbusters last week, the No. 1 CE chain has let the cat out of the bag with a 48-page Black Friday preview circular.

Store doors will open at 5 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day, with promotional pricing valid through the following Saturday. Showrooms will remain open until 1 a.m. Thanksgiving night, and will re-open at 8 a.m. on Black Friday morning.

Most sale items in the Samsung-heavy insert will also be available online throughout Thanksgiving Day, and Best Buy is offering free shipping with no minimum order requirement throughout the holiday season.

 The circular also features five pages of designated doorbusters, which include:

*a 55-inch Samsung 4K UHD TV for $480, a savings of $320;

*a 55-inch Sharp 1080p LED-TV for $250, down from $500 (in stores only);

*Microsoft’s 12.3-inch Surface Pro 4 with 128GB of storage and an Intel Core m3 processor for $600, a savings of $400; and

*Canon’s EOS Rebel T6 DSLR camera with EF-S 18-35mm IS II and EF 75-300mm III lens and 32GB memory card for $450, a savings of $250.

As is customary for Best Buy, the retailer is saving a few of its best Black Friday deals for later, and is advising customers to “check back soon.”
