TWICE’s Smith Talks Tech On CNBC Sunday

FORT LEE, N.J. — Steve Smith, editor in chief of TWICE, will be a special contributing guest on Sunday, May 14, on The Next Wave, a business and technology talk show. Air time is 1:30 p.m. eastern time on CNBC.

The show is hosted by Leonard Nimoy, the accomplished actor best known for his portrayal of Mr. Spock in the Star Trek television and movie series. The Next Wave explores today’s hottest technologies, looking at the trends and issues of the new economy and profiling technology based companies that are pioneering innovate computer and electronic applications.

Smith will talk about the transference of products, such as the home computer, that were originally developed for the business community but quickly became adopted by the public at large.

“We are very pleased to have Steve Smith on our show,” said The Next Wave executive producer Andrew Rachmell. “He brings with him a vast understanding of the consumer electronics industry, which has accumulated over the years while repeatedly covering the introduction of new business applications and technologies in the market place for TWICE.”

Smith will be joined on the show by Derrick Copeland of Q-PC Real Car Computing and Jeff McAlister of Pentax Technologies.
