Representatives from the former DOW Stereo shared this video marking the 20th anniversary of the retailer’s first HDTV sale — a 56-inch Panasonic model — complete with plenty of rich nostalgia. How many faces do you recognize?

Adding poignancy to  the anniversary in one of the those strange-but-true twists was the concurrent passing of the man behind the technology, video pioneer and former CBS engineering executive Dr. Joseph Flaherty, considered the father of HDTV.
