Secaucus, N.J. –
Panasonic is offering visitors to its www.LivinginHD.com website an opportunity
to win a 54-inch class Panasonic Viera V10 series 1080p plasma HDTV.
The $2,600-value
giveaway, which runs through July 31, is open to both current members of the
LivingInHD.com community and anyone who signs up for a free LivingInHD membership through the
giveaway deadline.
Consumers who are
already enrolled as members of the site are automatically entered to win and
will also earn one entry for each new member they refer to the program,
Panasonic said.
Panasonic is
developing the Living In HD site into a social-networking site to simplify the
HDTV use, purchase and selection process for consumers.
Members can share
their insights, opinions, advice and enthusiasm for HD with others via
webinars, podcasts and chat rooms.
The site was also
designed to inspire visitors to use their HD products in new ways and to
provide enthusiasts with an opportunity to interact with technical experts,
including the Living In HD Answerman.
In addition to the
plasma giveaway, Panasonic is now accepting applications for additional Living
in HD Family program participants. Currently, 60 families are participating in
the program, which will grow to 100 families by March 2010.
Families accepted
into the program receive a suite of Panasonic’s high-definition products,
including Viera HDTVs, Blu-ray Disc players, Lumix digital cameras and HD
camcorders.
Eligible
participants for the program can be a family, a couple, a single person, or a
group of friends or co-workers.
