Bridgewater, N.J. – Brother International is trying to make the process of label making within or outside the office a little easier, introducing this week the company’s first office-targeted P-touch label maker with wireless mobility.
Model PT-P750W ($129 suggested retail) is said to be easy to use and allows multiple users on different computers and mobile devices to create and print labels.
The Brother PT-P750W works with mobile devices using a free Brother iPrint&Label app to print labels on-the-go.
It features NFC capability and built-in P-touch Editor software that supports easy sharing within a group, and provides a means of sharing within strict IT environments where software installation is not permitted.
The new P-touch is compatible with PC and Mac computers, prints up to 1-inch-wide labels, and can be powered by the included AC power adapter or six AA batteries. A rechargeable li-ion battery (BA-E001, sold separately) is also available for high-volume mobile printing needs.
Like other P-touch label makers, the P750W will produce customized labels with logos, True Type fonts and symbols.
