NAXA Electronics And Established Inc. Announce Licensing Agreement For The Iconic Victor Brand

NAXA Electronics and Established Inc. have announced the completed licensing agreement for the iconic Victor brand.

The rich heritage of the Victor brand began in 1901 as the Victor Talking Machine Company, a leading producer of Phonographs & Records. Merging with the Radio Corporation of America (RCA) in 1929, the two companies formed RCA Victor becoming the dominant Recording Company in America for over six decades. Today, the iconic Victor logo with the image of Nipper peering intently into the Gramophone brings back memories of the Golden Years of Audio Playback.

“All of us at NAXA are pleased over the addition of the Victor brand name along with the widely recognized Nipper & Gramophone logo and look forward to the launch of our new Victor branded line of retro electronics,” said Michael Shak, CEO of NAXA.

“This new products line will showcase the rich heritage of the brand and its prominence in the turntable market,” Claire Villeneuve, Vice President of Licensing stated. “We are excited to partner with NAXA on the historically rich Victor brand name. NAXA has over 20 years of market experience, the customer base, and the sales organization to expand Victor’s presence in Consumer Electronics.”

NAXA Electronics LLC is owned and managed by Michael Shak, and sells into the Consumer Electronics Market under the NAXA, Sound Pro, & Victor Brand Names.

Established. Inc. offers licensing partners the opportunity to benefit from the market awareness and brand loyalty from their trusted and well-recognized brand portfolio including RCA, Thomson, Victor, Proscan, SABA, Nordmende, Ferguson and other brands.
