EKSAtelecom Zeros In On Headset Clarity And Comfort

Learn how EKSA Telecom is using AI to improve the user experience

When it comes to headsets, technology advancements, and AI integration helped EKSA Telecom stand out at CES 2025. The company develops technology-forward headsets that promote clarity and comfort for its users.

EKSA Telecom launched its flagship model, an AI-integrated S30, featuring Environmental Noise Cancellation in 2024. The headsets were developed with open-air conduction technologies to deliver clear voice transmission and natural sound while keeping users aware of their surroundings.

During this interview at CES, Alex Abel, vice president of US marketing, said their headset offers an ENC functionality of up to 99.9%. The S30 integrates a four-mic system that continually engages with your environment, taking in all the different frequencies, filtering them out, and isolating just the caller’s voice to provide clarity for the listener on the other end of the phone call.

“We wanted to look at the user experience. The reason for integrating AI is to create a product that really helps someone’s everyday life,” Abel explained at CES. Whether you are on a train, subway, or at the home office on a Zoom call, EKSAtelecom’s headset can cancel out the background noise in these different environments, Abel said.

EKSA Telecom’s S30 headset offers:

  • Advanced audio technology: The open-air conduction technology ensures clear, natural sound transmission while maintaining environmental awareness.
  • Crystal-Clear Communication: The ultra-strong ambient noise technology, reduces background noise for clear communication in any setting.
  • Comfort: The ergonomic design, along with CloudSoft Ear Cushions, enables long hours of use.

Abel sees wearables, including glasses and headsets, as a huge growth area. People want information at their fingertips and in their ears, he noted.

“We are dedicated to innovation and user experience to have comfort on all of our products and clarity of our conversations,” Abel said. EKSA Telecom has taken great strides in AI and has some fun stuff that is in development now. Stay tuned.
