One of the most coveted roles at Amazon is to serve as “shadow” to founder and CEO Jeff Bezos. These top lieutenants spend a year or two working side by side with the boss, and usually move on to run key businesses within the company. Well, Jeff just picked a new No. 2, and it’s Jeffrey Helbing, formerly VP of Kindle.
