Intel may have totally sunk Microsoft's latest plan to conquer smartphones

Microsoft's Continuum feature on Windows Mobile phones is a great idea that coud be even better if Microsoft phones ran full Windows PC apps, but Intel's decision not to launch a next-generation Atom chip for mobile devices means that might not happen.
