Minneapolis — Target said it is dropping the Kodak Picture Center as its online photography partner in favor of a new site run by Yahoo! Photos.
Starting this month, Target’s Web site will offer online photo services on a cobranded page with Yahoo! Photos. Consumers will have access to the range of Yahoo! Photo products including photo cards, mugs, aprons and magnets.
Prints and photo products are ordered online and sent to the consumer’s home.
In the fall Target will offer consumers the ability to order prints online for same day in-store pick up.
Yahoo! Photos is powered by Atlanta-based EZ Prints, which runs private label photo and print fulfillment Web sites for a variety of clients.
