Spring Break Nationals Get Ready For 26th Annual Event

Daytona Beach,
Fla. – SBN Expo Group is gearing up for its 26

th

annual

Spring Break Nationals

here on
March 24-25, when more than 10,000 consumers are expected to show up for some
fun and hundreds of Southeast region dealers are expected to show up for
training and show specials.

Realm by Scosche will headline the event as
presenting sponsor, and Florida distributors Audio America and LESCO
Distributing will turn up in off-the-show-floor breakout rooms to offer show
specials, SBN said.

Also for
dealers, SBN will offer up seminars on OEM integration and sales training, and
Alpine and JL Audio will hold seminars on their current and planned products.
In a change, Alpine and JL will present the seminars to the public as well.

OEM integration training will be conducted by Todd
Ramsey of Phoenix-based Ramsey Consulting Group. Ramsey will hold the sessions on
Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to at least 4:30 p.m. The course is limited to the first
20 dealers who register in advance. Registration costs $149, and on-site
registration will not be available. “Due to the intensity and the up close and
personal nature of this training,” Ramsey said, the seminars will be limited to
the first 20 dealers who pre-register.

Sales-training
seminars are being coordinated by Mike Dixon of Hollywood, Fla.-based retailer
Audiologic. Speakers will include German Maestro president Ray Windsor, who
will conduct two sales training seminars, one each day. One topic is How To Close The
Sale In The Smartphone / Internet Age.

The sales seminars are being offered at no cost
to dealers, but seating is limited to the first 70 dealers. Pre-registration isn’t
required, so seats and standing room will be offered on a first-come basis.

In another break from last year, SBN is
splitting the Ocean Center venue in two. The arena side will become a lifestyle
setting where all Tuner Jam Car Show Vehicles will appear along with
entertainment from the likes of DJs Billy E and Big Tec and others. Also in the
area side, 69 Slam, a worldwide swimwear and underwear manufacturer, will
produce a fashion show and musical performances by HD Ninjas. Thousands of
dollars in car audio equipment will also be given away.

The Ocean Center exhibit hall will host
manufacturer and dealer displays as well as the IASCA North American
Championships soundoff and the dB Drag Racing and MECA sound-off events. All
IASCA soundoff trophies are sponsored by Pioneer Electronics. The IASCA Bass
Boxing Competition Finals will also be held.

Like last year, SBN will hold the SBN Bikini
Contest, the Papa John’s Pizza eating contest, and the Wing House Wing-Eating
contests.
