Miramar, Fla. — High-end home theater projector manufacturer Sim2 named Charles Boornazian, formerly NuVision sales VP, its new sales and marketing VP.
Sim2 said Boornazian will work with the company’s regional managers and the sales force throughout the U.S., “to increase brand awareness and market share while fostering the company’s new Partnership Promise program, which establishes strict guidelines that ensure excellence in customer satisfaction.”
In announcing the move, Giorgio Corazza, Sim2 USA president, said, “We are making substantial investments into the US market for 2008, the appointment of Charles as the company’s VP of sales and marketing is the first of many strategic initiatives that will be unveiled during the coming weeks and months. Be assured that Sim2 is very serious about strengthening its position in this important marketplace.”
Prior to joining NuVision, Boornazian served as Marantz sales VP for a decade.

Boornazian will continue to reside in Connecticut and work out of both Sim2’s U.S. headquarters in Miramar, Florida, and in the country at large.
