St. Paul, Minn. — Sanus Systems said it is now shipping additions to its Component series of its AV Foundations furniture line.
The new shipments include two new models — the CFA56 five-shelf audio cabinet and CFAV34 three-shelf A/V cabinet — and two newly enhanced models: the CFV69 and CFV47 video stands.
All feature quick-release back panels, designed to enable easy access to components. Additional features include full-width wire-management channels for concealing cables, “deep shelf space,” and shelves meant to isolate vibrations that can reportedly be adjusted without tools. Removable carpet glides are also included.
Models come with a built-in convection cooling system that’s engineered to allow warm air to escape through vents in the top of the unit as cool air is drawn in from the bottom.
Enhancements to the CFV69 and CFV47 include quick-release back panels, removable carpet glides and improved adjustable shelves.
The CFV69 also features optional grille cloths for its center-channel compartment, so speakers can be concealed, said Sanus.
All models are reportedly constructed of hardwood veneers and solid frames, available in cherry/black and espresso/black finishes. List prices are as follows: CFA56, $849; CFAV34, $599; CFV69, $849; and CFV47, $649.
