Swedesboro, N.J. — In Car Experts (ICE), the recently formed buying group for independent mobile electronics retailers, has created an advisory board comprised of 25 member dealers.
According to ICE executive director Rob Elliott, the retailer advisory board will play a critical role in crafting the direction of the organization, based here. “ICE is pleased to have so many of the nation’s most successful independent retailers as charter members and concurrently form our advisory board,” he said. “What makes these retailers so successful is their ability to see opportunities and institute change accordingly. ICE believes that its retail members and vendor partners will greatly benefit from the board’s incredible experience and professionalism.”
The buying group, led by industry veterans, is “focused on providing business enhancements to its retail members with support from select vendor partners,” Elliott said. Benefits include turn-key merchandising systems; dynamic marketing tools; improved vendor programs; real-time communication and information sharing with members and vendors; and other benefits realized through economies of scale.
