Mountain View, Calif. — iHealth Lab today announced a
partnership to incorporate Tactio Software’s TargetWeight suite of health and
wellness apps into iHealth’s mobile iOS health care devices, such as its blood
pressure dock and wireless scale.
By integrating iHealth devices with TargetWeight, iHealth Lab
product owners can now instantly deliver vital health data, including BMI,
weight, heart rate and systolic and diastolic blood pressure, directly to
Tactio’s TargetWeight Pro using an iPod Touch, iPhone or iPad.
Targetweight boasts more than 2 million users.
iHealth devices will include a Share to TargetWeight button
within iHealth’s apps, which will securely transfer health data. The
integration supports multi-user account, and users will also soon have the
option of setting up automatic updates, which will immediately import any new
data from iHealth devices each time TargetWeight apps are launched, iHealth
said.

The iHealth wireless scale and blood pressure dock retail for
$69.95 and $99.95, respectively. The companion mobile apps are available at no
cost from Apple’s App Store.
