Austin, Texas – I-Mego has entered the U.S. headphones category with two of its models: the Throne over-ear headphones and the Walker Junior active noise-canceling headphones.
Both models have 40mm drivers, memory foam ear pads, carrying pouches and multiple plug adapters. The Throne ($129) adds an in-line mice and controls and comes in two designs: Gold, which is geared toward big bass for rock, R&B or hip-hop, and Poison, which is geared toward classical or new age music.
Amazon.com also shows a Throne Cambodia model that is white and the same price as the other Thrones, although all models were listed as being currently out of stock at post time.
The Walker Junior headphones ($139) have a pivoting headband and a mic in each ear piece to cancel ambient noise.
Frequency response is listed at 20Hz to 20kHz for both models. They are currently available.
