Coby Electronics is introducing an MP3 player and two types of portable DVD players during International CES this week.
The MP-C741 MP3 player has 256MB built-in flash memory and FM radio, with up to 512MB memory when using an optional SD/MMC card, Coby said. The player’s LCD displays song title, album and artist information, and it comes with stereo headphones and a strap. Available in the second quarter, the suggested retail is $99.99.
The TF-DVD500 Personal Entertainment System features a portable DVD player with 3-inch LCD and plays DVD, CD, CD-R, CD-RW, MP3 and JPEG, the company said. Accessories include an A/V cable, AC adaptor, DC car charger, stereo headphones and 2.5 hour rechargeable battery. Also included are a carry case and a full-function remote. Available now, the suggested retail is $199.99.
The TF-DVD7050 is a tablet-style portable DVD player with 7-inch 16 by 9 LCD and plays DVD, CD, CD-R, CD-RW, MP3 and JPEGs. Accessories include A/V cable, AC adaptor, DC car charger, stereo headphones, rechargeable battery, carry case and a full-function remote, Coby said.
Shipments are set for the second quarter with a suggested retail of $229.99.
