CEA Pulls Curtain On Newest CES TechZone

Arlington, Va. – The
Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) announced the launch of the latest
TechZone at International CES: Access on the Go.

Access on the Go,
which is co-sponsored by the International Digital Publishing Forum, is
dedicated to technology that is changing the way consumers access content, CEA
said.

The TechZone will
showcase technology that promotes seamless connectivity and mobility, enabling
users to communicate, access and send content from any location, while the
Access on the Go TechZone will showcase the most innovative devices relating to
e-books, netbooks, smartbooks and tablets.

“The addition of the Access on the Go TechZone
to the specialized new technology market areas on the CES show floor really
proves that CES is the top global destination for experiencing cutting-edge CE
products, services and companies,” said Karen Chupka, events and conferences
senior VP, CEA. “This unique destination will showcase devices that are
defining, enabling and changing the way content is accessed and viewed, and you
will only see it at CES.”

The Access on the
Go TechZone will be located in the South Hall of the Las Vegas Convention
Center at CES, which runs from Jan. 6-9, 2011.  Companies interested in exhibiting should
