contractors, has won the Web Marketing Association’s WebAward for Outstanding
Achievement in Web Development.
Capitol received the award in recognition for its
recently updated e-commerce site

was designed by Bolin Marketing of Minneapolis, MN.

director. “From the beginning we knew that the updated site must serve as a
24-hour resource while representing the pinnacle in overall ease of use. Our
