Dallas – AT&T
announced the first Huawei smartphone it would carry, the Impulse 4G, on
Thursday.
Priced at $29.99 with a
two-year contract, the Impulse 4G will be available Sept. 18 through AT&T
stores, www.att.com and through select The Android phone features a 3.8-inch
capacitive WVGA touchscreen, 720p HD video recording, 5-megapixel camera, GPS
navigation and Wi-Fi with access to AT&T hot spots.

It can be paired with a
Data Plus plan, with 200MB of data for $15 dollars, AT&T said.
