A new Nielsen survey confirmed what should be obvious to any e-marketer: Providing images of the products you’re trying to sell is critical to closing the deal. Over 60 percent of mobile shoppers queried cited product pix as the most important factor when shopping by phone or tablet, making it the No. 1 consideration.
“Being able to see product pictures via a smartphone or tablet device is the most important mcommerce-related capability, according to US shoppers. Nielsen surveyed 3,734 US mobile shoppers ages 18 and older during Q4 2015 about using smartphones and tablets for ecommerce activities.”
