CEDIA Expo Sets Multi-City Rotation Beginning In 2027

Annual integration industry event will rotate between Las Vegas, Orlando and Dallas through 2030

CEDIA Expo and Commercial Integrator Expo (CIX) will begin rotating between multiple U.S. cities starting in 2027, ending the event’s recent run in Denver as organizers look to expand geographic reach and improve accessibility for attendees and exhibitors.

Show organizers announced that the event will move to Las Vegas in 2027, followed by Orlando in 2028, a return to Las Vegas in 2029, and Dallas in 2030.

According to organizers, the decision was based on feedback from exhibitors and attendees seeking a mix of consistency and regional variety. The selected cities were chosen for their convention infrastructure, accessibility and hotel capacity for large-scale industry events.

The schedule includes:

  • 2027: Las Vegas Convention Center, Sept. 8–10
  • 2028: Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Sept. 26–28
  • 2029: Las Vegas Convention Center, Sept. 5–7
  • 2030: Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas, Sept. 18–20

In a statement announcing the change, Jason McGraw said attendees had expressed interest in rotating locations and reaching different regions of the country.

Denver will continue to host the 2026 edition of the show before the new rotation begins. The event is scheduled to take place Sept. 1–4, 2026.

CEDIA Expo/CIX remains one of the largest annual gatherings for the custom residential and commercial integration industry, bringing together manufacturers, integrators, designers and technology professionals focused on smart home and AV systems. The event includes product exhibits, training sessions and industry education programming.
