Target Adds Trio

Minneapolis — Target announced three additions to its executive team.

Jim Fisher joins as senior VP, infrastructure and operations, Target technology services, where he will oversee its technical infrastructure and operations. He previously held positions with The Home Depot, Macy’s and IB.

Alan Wizemann joins as VP of Target.com and mobile product. Wizemann, who has been consulting with Target and leading product teams for the past two years, will oversee digital product teams.

David Weissman joins as president of DermStore, based in El Segundo, Calif., which Target acquired last year. He was previously e-commerce and omnichannel executive VP at BCBG Max Azria Group.

Jodee Kozlak, chief human resources officer, said, “At Target, we’ve said one of our top priorities is accelerating our digital transformation, and these new hires are a signal of our commitment to that effort. Jim, David and Alan are proven leaders who we believe will help Target deliver great new experiences for our guests, whether in stores, online or on the go.”

Other recent hires include Brad Maiorino as senior VP and chief information security officer, Peter Glusker as senior VP of new business integration and operations, and Kristi Argyilan, media and guest engagement senior VP.

Target has been making management changes since its poor holiday selling season, which was marred by a very public data breach. Gregg Steinhafel, chairman, president and CEO, resigned in the spring.
