Third-party tech services provider PlumChoice has picked a new president/CEO.
David Shimoni, formerly president/general manager of Mformation Software Technologies, has moved into the corner office, succeeding Bob Badavas.
Shimoni brings with him a strong background in the high-growth Cloud and IoT markets, which are a key strategic focus for the company.
Badavas, who also stepped down as chairman, is credited with leading PlumChoice’s expansion into IoT and Cloud support and services over the past four years.
“Shimoni joins PlumChoice during a time in which the company has been leveraging its leadership position in the premium technical support market to expand into the Cloud and IoT sectors,” said current chairman Bob Schecter. “With his background and experience, we expect David to further expand the company’s penetration into these markets.”
