Amazon is selling its Rekognition video-analysis technology, as well as consulting services, to law enforcement, according to The Washington Post. While the practice is prompting outcries from the American Civil Liberties Union and other privacy-minded groups, proponents note the practice has been in visible use for some time and is merely a tool.
